This company needs to get its act together

I tried numerous times to send an egift card for my brothers birthday. Numerous times I tried sending $100 dollars for his gift card. It kept saying the gift card was unfortunately out of stock. Then I called customer services to order directly and even they couldn't handle it. Quite conveniently, the cards that you can order are over $100 dollars and those gift cards are in stock. What a crock of $#*!! These people are terrible.

Got to say 'love tommy bahama'.
My experience with their guest services was excellent.
I returned a sweater to exchange for a different size and received it within 2 days. I also sent emails prior to my return with an immediate response. Staff were so lovely the products and service are 5 star.

Tried to cancel my order 8 times within…

Tried to cancel my order 8 times within the 24 hour window and received a notification saying "my cancelation request had been received, and that I would receive a confirmation email." Well 2 days later the only email I received was one stating they shipped the order anyways! Now I have to go through the trouble of trying to do a return and waiting weeks for a refund. Bad first experience!

Total Rip Off

$90 shorts that lasted 5 wears over one year. I've had clothes for 20 years I've worn dozens of times that look almost new. I contacted Corporate for a remedy and was told fabric and construction flaws are seen in 90 days. LOL You can clearly see where the holes in the fabric were barely sewn and 2 different color fabric was used when these were supposed to just be gray shorts. Won't be buying anything by this brand again. Tons of other choices for a lot less money and better quality and customer service when there's an issue.

Hasta la vista, Tommy Bahama.

I have been purchasing items from Tommy Bahama since their inception almost 30 years ago. In years past, I have always enjoyed their products and service. Over the last couple of years, however, both have fallen off a cliff. Instead of natural fibers like silk, cotton or linen, most of their products now include some variation of polyester or "eco viscose". To make matters worse, their default shipper is the fabulously terrible FedEx Smartpost. Incredibly slow and effectively untrackable, It takes 10 or more days to get products from their Southern California warehouse to my Northern California home. I guess they send it by 20 Mule Team.

Sent me the wrong color Polo Shirt

I ordered a MLB Polo Shirt and they sent me the wrong color! Upon contacting Tommy Bahama I found out they were out of my size so evidently they thought it would be OK to send me the wrong color……WRONG! I offered to swap it out for another MLB polo shirt but they would have to charge my credit card until the return was received…WRONG!
I would have expected better from them but will not buy anything from Tommy Bahama again………Terrible service! Color was suppose to have been royal blue and not dark navy…….

Bad experience

Bad experience. Waste of time and frustration with purchase. TB sent me a $50 discount card. Last night I bought a $130 shirt. The discount was not deducted so I immediately requested cancellation (twice). They actually make it very difficult to cancel. Only email to CS. Now this morning got an email that the order can not be cancelled. Called TB and no help. They are pushing the order. I do not want the merchandise. I will have to waste more time with refund, returning and calls. I really hate to have wasted this amount of time and the aggravation with what appears to be a dishonest company. Do not recommend to buy online from Tommy Bahama.

Can't Order Online!!!

Just placed a large order less than a week ago. Everything went fine with the process, even had returns and the phone conversation was top notch. Now I go back to the site to place another order and its very frustrating. Cookies keep popping up, I go between Men's and Tall Men's and I lose my Cart or Bag as they call it. I finally get an order and then to checkout, poof my order is gone. Come on this is simple stuff.

Best Service and Best Food

I was skeptical about a restaurant named after a clothing line, but I was pleasantly surprised. The food was spectacular and bountiful and the service was impeccable. It will be the first stop when I return to St. Armand's circle. I heard that there was a store on the premises as well, but I did not visit. Was too enthralled with the restaurant and my Thai Scallops and Shrimp!
